We're a small firm with about 15 employees, and our focus has always been to build custom homes, here at Boot Ranch, that reflect the life and style of the families who live here. We build six to ten homes a year and perform all of our own carpentry work. We're extremely hands-on. Every member of our team is committed to building your home on time and on budget. We're not here to punch the clock; we're here because we're family. And that's the way it should be when you build in Boot Ranch.

Kody Dale
Kody is a Fredericksburg native who joined Mabery Contracting in 2020 after earning both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Dallas Baptist University. He, his wife Marilee, and their son, Beckham (born in 2024), share their home with three Great Pyrenees/Anatolian Shepherd mixes. In his spare time, Kody enjoys exercising, playing soccer, and traveling whenever he can.
