We're a small firm with about 20 employees, and our focus has always been to build custom homes, here at Boot Ranch, that reflect the life and style of the families who live here. We build six to ten homes a year and perform all of our own carpentry work. We're extremely hands-on. Every member of our team is committed to building your home on time and on budget. We're not here to punch the clock; we're here because we're family. And that's the way it should be when you build in Boot Ranch.

With 29 years of industry experience and 26 as owner and operator of his own, Matthew Mabery brings unparalleled expertise to Boot Ranch.

Kody Dale
Kody is native to Fredericksburg. He received his bachelor and masters degrees from Dallas Baptist University and started with Mabery Contracting in 2020. He and his wife Marilee love their three big dogs, Great Pyrenees/Anatolian Shepherd mixes. In his spare time, he likes exercising, playing soccer, and traveling every chance he gets.
Jeff Graham
Jeff and his family moved to Fredericksburg in the summer of 2021 to join the Mabery team. As a project manager, he enjoys building a unique home specific to the homeowners wishes. He and his wife, Kelly, graduated from Texas A&M in 2016. Together they have two sons, a daughter, and a dog.
